Advice and support services

If you experience problems with your school-based apprenticeship or traineeship (SAT), there are people who can help you. There are also processes that may need to be followed:

Changing, completing and cancelling the apprenticeship or traineeship
Assistance with issues which may arise relating to changing, completing or cancelling a SAT.

General problems and what to do
If you identify a problem, there are strategies available to help you solve the issue.

Reviews, complaints and appeals
If you disagree with a decision on a SAT, there are avenues for reviewing complaints and appeals.

Support services
Support services available to individuals with a disability, who are indigenous or require learning, crisis or advocacy support.
